这时需要用工具往正确方向旋转单体泵至一定扭力，以单体泵的安装位置正确，安装不正确会造成该缸工作异响，敲缸。
六：同时锁紧两颗螺母至规定扭矩，不要让压板倾斜。并安装这个方法安装其他缸的单体泵
七：用规检查一下单体的行程是否在标准范围内，如果没有，再次检查单体泵的安装是否正确。
再将执行器、气门室盖、高压油管安装好、安装标准顺序及拧紧至标准扭矩，这样就可以试机了。
排油路的空气需要将先将泄压阀松掉，直到流出油后关闭，以排除主油道空气，再松掉高压油管的出油阀端松掉，排除单体泵内柱塞内的空气，直到出油阀出油流畅不间断。
松掉出油阀后主油道就无法保持压力，单体泵内的空气无法被流动的燃油带走，油路再这样的压力下是无法压缩空气的。否则要打很久才能启动，当启动的时候就给你捣乱。

①共轨管必须小心轻放，安装前出现任何损伤后均不能继续使用；②安装引起的允许轴向力为：22kN
